Loop1 - Austin's IT Department

Connecting to the Loop1 Client Portal. Loop1 offers all our clients the ability to log into our ticketing portal in order to be able to see a cumulative history of all issues they have raised with our Loop1 IT Team. In order to log into the portal to take advantage of this, simply go to http://support.loop1.com and enter in your username and password. Once logged in, users are immediately taken to their ticket/issue history.

Clicking on a ticket will allow you to see the entire history of interactions with the Loop1 team on the given issue. Other benefits of the portal include being able to log new issues, see any frequently asked questions (FAQs), or any broadcast messages that may pertain to our clients. All you need to do is click on the specific tab, and you can see the information as it pertains to you. If you run into any issues with logging into the client portal, let us know by either opening a session through your desktop icon or emailing our team at support@loop1.com.

R.I.P Windows XPMicrosoft is discontinuing support of both XP and OFFICE 2003. After 12 years, support for Windows XP will end on April 8, 2014. There will be no more security updates or technical support for the Windows XP operating system. It is very important that customers and partners migrate to a modern operating system such as Windows 8.1. Customers moving to a modern operating system will benefit from dramatically enhanced security, broad device choice for a mobile workforce, higher user productivity, and a lower total cost of ownership through improved management capabilities. Support for Office 2003 also ends on April 8, 2014.
Loop1 Visits the Ronald McDonald House.Loop1 visits the Ronald McDonald house.

Loop1 had the privilege to volunteer some of our time this week to the good people over at the Ronald McDonald House near the Dell Children Hospital. This great organization provides temporary lodging and food for families with children at the nearby hospital. Their mission is to not only care for the many children in on-going treatment at the hospital, but also for the families caring for these children.

Many of us here at Loop1 have personally been through similar situations to the families staying at the Ronald McDonald house, and we were happy to be able to come by and serve some lunch.

For more information on this organization and how you can help or donate, please visit the link below.
